Bri brings a clinical, movement-focused approach to the Palmetto Massage team, helping clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Xavier University. Bri is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer and a South Carolina Licensed Athletic Trainer, with extensive hands-on experience evaluating injuries, developing treatment and rehabilitation plans, and helping athletes return safely to activity.
At Palmetto Massage, Bri specializes in **PNF stretching and assisted mobility sessions** designed to address restricted movement, muscle tightness, flexibility limitations, and recovery needs. Her athletic training background allows her to look beyond where a client simply feels tight and consider how movement patterns, previous injuries, and muscular imbalances may be contributing to the problem.
Her goal is to help each client move more comfortably and confidently—whether they are an athlete looking to improve recovery and performance, someone returning from an injury, or simply someone who wants to feel and move better in everyday life.
Bri’s experience working directly with athletes across multiple sports gives her a practical understanding of the demands that training, competition, and daily activity place on the body. She combines that knowledge with individualized care to create sessions based on each client’s specific needs and goals.
Bri believes effective recovery is not just about treating tight muscles—it is about helping the body move well, recover well, and stay active for the long term.
